The Knoxville City Council is scheduled to meet in regular session Monday at 6:15 p.m.
On the agenda will be a proclamation where the mayor reads a sexual assault awareness month proclamation. There will be a public hearing regarding the proposal of disposal of interest in real property for sale.
There have been two parties expressing interest in the sale of property at 809 North 1st Street. One is Habitat for Humanity and the other are owners of land adjacent.
There will be an update on progress being made on construction of Gebhardt Park. Asbestos is currently being removed with demolition of the building to follow the removal of asbestos.
Discussion will take place on GIS location study for the public safety/city hall facility. Discussion will center around the city and school working together on property at 102 North Lincoln.
