As crowds grow in Pella with the tulips beginning to bloom, the Pella Police Department reminds residents to use patience and caution with the increased vehicle and pedestrian traffic.

Captain Paul Haase reminds everyone to be careful, especially in the central business district. Haase says spring time is the busiest of the year in terms of traffic, and residents should be patient on nice weather days once the flowers start blooming this week through mid-May.
