The Pella School Board is considering final approval of the Fiscal Year 24 budget at their meeting today. A public hearing is scheduled to finalize the property tax rate, which will be maintained at $14.60 per $1,000 of valuation. The board will receive an update about ongoing construction at the Early Childhood Center and consider summer projects for technology, transportation, and maintenance with use of Physical Plant and Equipment Levy and Secure an Advanced Vision for Education revenues. Also on the agenda is the board director redistricting plan and a review of the schedule for high school principal interviews.
