A Celebration of Life for Philip Joseph Smethers age 69 of Knoxville will be held on Saturday, April 22nd from 1:00-3:00pm at the Pine Knolls Country Club in Knoxville. Memorials may be made to Crisis Intervention Services in Oskaloosa or The Comfort House in Pella.
