Winter will make a return appearance later tonight and continuing into Sunday with windy conditions and snow developing. Temperatures will continue to cool with lows tonight in the 30s, and highs Sunday no better than the upper 30s and low 40s locally, according to the National Weather Service. A mix of rain and snow will combine with strong and gusty northwest winds, which will gust from 35 to 50 mph. The combination of falling snow and these strong winds may reduce visibilities quite a bit, especially north of Highway 30.
