The Pella Christian tennis teams compete for the third time this week, this time facing Indianola, while the Eagles girls soccer team plays at Chariton tonight.
The Class 1A #8 ranked Pella Christian girls tennis team is looking to bounce back from their first loss of the spring on Tuesday against a 2-2 Indians squad. The Eagles boys tennis team is also hoping to rebound from a defeat on Tuesday against a 4-5 Indianola squad.
In Chariton, the Pella Christian girls soccer team will try to reclaim some of their early season success. After starting the season 3-0-1, the Eagles have dropped three straight games while being outscored 20-2. Pella Christian holds the all-time series advantage 8-3 over the Chargers, who are winless so far this spring. The Eagles have won the last five meetings against Chariton and have outscored the Chargers 31-0 in that span.
The Pella Christian girls tennis match at Indianola and the boys tennis match on Eagle Lane both begin at 4:30 p.m., while the girls soccer match at Chariton is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m.
