The Indianola girls golf and girls track and field teams are in action Monday. The Indians girls golf team travels north to Ames to Veenker Golf Club for a meet, a meet that serves as one of the most challenging courses of the season. Head coach Rita Doane tells KNIA Sports the schedule is built with many challenging courses in the beginning of the season, so when postseason time comes around the team isn’t surprised by anything. Tee off is at 10am.

The Indians girls track and field team travels to Saydel for a meet that includes Ankeny Centennial, Ballard, Bondurant-Farrar, Des Moines North, North Polk, Roland-Story, and the host Eagles. Field events begin at 4pm.
