Local farmers and vendors will be sharing their goods and services with the rest of the community on a weekly basis starting soon. New Pella Farmers Market Director Rebecca Jones says the event returns weekly on every Thursday starting on April 27th, and continuing after a break during Tulip Time from May 11th through October 26th from 4 to 7 p.m. on the east side of Pella’s Central Park. A mix of returning and new vendors will be selling produce, meat, baked goods, crafts, and other items, and Jones says additionally, food stands, arts and crafts demonstrations, and other entertainment will be highlighted throughout the season.
