The Clay Township Fire Department will be holding a Fireman’s Breakfast Fundraiser. The event is scheduled to be held Saturday, April 29 from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the station in Tracy. Food that is on the menu are breakfast casserole, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, coffee, orange juice and milk.
Nathan Crozier, Clay Township Fire Department Chief, tells KNIA/KRLS News about the department.
Crozier said, “So we have a department of about 14 people that absolutely love serving the community. We have a pretty incredible response to just about every call that we get within the county. So it’s people who love what they do. Part of what this breakfast is for is to equip those people with the tools they need whether they are new tools or updating old out of date tools.”
Proceeds from the free will donation event will be used to purchase fire and EMS equipment.
