Pella High School’s Band, Choir, and Orchestra departments came together to celebrate the past academic year in music.

Carnaby Club was held on Friday in the Pella High School Auditorium, with musicians performing a variety of their performances from the 2022-23 school year, as well as select solos and ensembles.

Originating at PHS back in the 1970’s as a collaborative effort between the High School’s Band, Choir, and Orchestra departments, Carnaby Club was a benefit concert to help raise funds to help a student and their family as they struggled with a medical issue. The legacy has carried on throughout the years through a few different formats and names, and in the past few years, came back to its original format.
