The Knoxville Public Library will be holding a free seminar today at 6 p.m.

The seminar is titled “What is Heart Disease? And “What Can I Do to Prevent It?” Speaking at the seminar will be two retired registered nurses, Helen Deaver and Connie Richards.

Deaver tells KNIA/KRLS News, “Especially heart attack, what can I do to prevent the heart attack?’

Deaver and Richards will give some tips to help people prevent heart attacks. A few of the tips include having a good lifestyle, eating well, good nutrition and exercise.

Deaver has presented seminars at Knoxville in the past on cancer and suicide prevention.
