Seniors at Melcher-Dallas High School will go through graduation ceremonies Sunday according to school counselor Tonya Cooper.
A total of 24 seniors are set to receive their diplomas Sunday. Speakers at the event include seniors MaeLee Gentry and Azalea Murillo. Speaking for the faculty will be Jon Suntken, Elementary Principal.
The class motto is, “You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough,” Mae West. The chorus will sing, “Fly Away Home.” The class song is, “Don’t Forget to Remember Me.”
Senior Awards are set at 1:00 p.m. at the Sports Complex at the football field with graduation at 2 p.m. In case of inclement weather the event will be moved to the elementary gymnasium.
