The Norwalk baseball team suffered a third straight defeat on Thursday night, falling to Bondurant-Farrar 2-1 in non-conference action at Norwalk. The Warriors held a 1-0 lead from the first inning on, but the Bluejays scored twice in the top of the seventh on Reed Pfaltzgraff’s two-run single.
Norwalk finished the game with six hits. Jackson Campbell was 2-for-3 with a double and Payton Nichols added two singles. DJ Harris drove in CJ Davis with a first-inning single and Aidan Kane had a single as well.
Harris pitched five scoreless innings for the Warriors, allowing three hits, walking three and striking out seven. Aidan Harder took the loss in relief, surrendering two unearned runs in two innings. Norwalk committed four errors in the field.
Bondurant-Farrar improved to 4-0 on the season. The Warriors dropped to 1-3 and will play at Carlisle Monday night.
