A trio of athletes from the Simpson men’s track and field team were named USTFCCCA All-Region in four separate events, also coming in at No. 10 as a team in the midwest region, as announced on Friday.

The top five individuals in each event in each region earned a spot on the all-region teams, with only USTFCCCA member programs eligible for awards. Spencer Moon (5,000 and 10,000 meters), Carter Berkey (long jump), and Max Cleveland (100 meter hurdles) all were tabbed all-region. Additionally, the Storm finished in 10th in the final edition of the USTFCCCA Midwest Regional Rankings, earning 212.78 total points.

The three athletes will conclude the 2022-23 season by competing at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships at the Polisseni Track and Field Complex in Rochester, N.Y. The meet will span three days and begin next Thursday.
