The National Sprint Car Hall of Fame Induction festivities will be held next week at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum.
Executive Director of the Hall of Fame, Bob Baker, said the schedule is a little different than years past. Having 13 inductees instead of the usual allotment of eight adds to not only the preparation, but the number of attendees they will be having.
If you haven’t bought your tickets for the induction banquet on Saturday June 3 at noon, call soon, as there are a lot of tickets sold, and none will be available at the door.
The Corn Belt Clash featuring the AMSOIL USAC National Sprint Cars will be racing Friday and Saturday nights June 2 and 3.
The 2023 inductees Max Dolder, Ken Hamilton, Paul Hazen, Chad Kemenah, Cory Kruseman, Joey Saldana, Tommy Sanders and Ralph Sheheen plan to be here, as well as the families of Johnny Capels, Bobby Marshall, Joie Ray and Johnny Vance Jr. Unfortunately, Alan Kreitzer will not be joining us due to a family event, but he’ll be here in spirit according to Baker.
