The Warren County Extension Office is hosting a series of “Preserve the Taste of Summer” workshops beginning today, providing methods on how to safely preserve foods and make produce last. The workshops include how to make and preserve salsa, jam, pickles and pickled products, and pressure canning and freezing. The series of workshops begin today at 5pm, with registration open now.
