A total of 10 athletes on the Simpson College men and women’s track and field and cross country teams were named to the Academic All-District teams, as announced by the College Sports Communicators on Wednesday.

Five men received the honor in Max Cleveland, Andrew Klein, Clarke Latcham, Spencer Moon, and Ean Warrick, while five Storm women also were named to the team. Audrey Arnold, Maddie Hays, Aaliyah Johnson, Lara Kallem, and Ashley Rockhold

The College Sports Communicators, formerly known as College of Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes track & field/cross country honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
