The PCM baseball and softball teams kick off a busy week with single home Heart of Iowa Conference games against Roland-Story on Monday night.
After playing three games against two ranked teams, the Mustangs baseball squad is looking to bounce back from a 1-3 week. PCM will try to rebound against a Roland-Story team that got only two of their scheduled four games in last week and went 1-1. The Norsemen have had the Mustangs number in the series, holding a 22-6 advantage in the Bound era and winning the last six contests between the schools. The PCM softball team is fresh off a 2-1 week and will try for their first three game winning streak this season against a Roland-Story team that went 0-2 last week. The Mustangs hold an 18-9 record in the softball series between the two teams in the Bound era, but the Norsemen have won three of the past four games in the matchup.
First pitch for both the PCM baseball and softball home conference games against Roland-Story Monday are scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
