Indianola Hometown Pride is hosting a community engagement session next week to discuss the Wonder on Buxton Project, including the community’s vision for some of the Wonder on Buxton Project’s key deliverables. The Wonder on Buxton Project is a plan to transform a portion of N Buxton St. into a place that celebrates the community and connects the downtown Indianola square to Simpson College. Hometown Pride will be installing a sculpture series, a storytelling tour, outdoor gathering spaces, and light pole art and sidewalk inlays among other items. The informational session will be June 7th at 6:30pm at the Indianola Activity Center.
