The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony for Terrace View housing by Kading Properties.

The event is set for Wednesday, June 14 at 3 p.m. Terrace View by Kading Properties is building two and three bedroom townhomes east of Wal-Mart in Knoxville at 1601 Ellis Lane.

There are 155 homes in the Terrace View housing section in Knoxville. Kading Properties has homes in 23 communities including Pella with 92 units and 137 in Indianola, which are all occupied according to Vice President of Operations for the company, Heather Burns.
