A 22-year-old man from Tracy or Knoxville, according to court records, was charged with three Class D Felonies, one Class B Felony and two Serious Misdemeanors for two separate incidents, one on June 5 and the other April 1. Court documents show the man residing in both Knoxville and Tracy.

In both cases, Damian Joe Bregar was charged by Knoxville Police. Two of the Class D Felonies were for Failure to Affix Drug Stamp, once for the April arrest and the other for the June 5 incident. The other Class D Felony was for Controlled Substance Violation in April.

The Class B Felony was for Controlled Substance Violation in June. The serious misdemeanor charges were for Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drug in April and Interference with Official Acts, Bodily Injury in June.

In both cases Bregar allegedly exited the vehicle and began running. As is the case with any arrest, a person is considered innocent unless proven guilty.
