The Indianola City Council discussed streamlining the city manager review and evaluation process moving forward. City Manager Ben Reeves tells KNIA News the council discussed ways of providing feedback both from the council and the public.

“A great way to make sure we are moving forward in a direction supported by the will of the people through their elected leaders is through a good return and report system. The council can set their priorities for the city manager, and then they can hold the city manager accountable. I welcome that opportunity, I love getting the feedback both positive and negative, it really helps me to better understand the needs of the community and be better responsive to those needs.”
