The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for Terrace View housing by Kading Properties Wednesday afternoon.

Terrace View by Kading Properties is building two and three bedroom townhomes east of Wal-Mart in Knoxville.

Burns tells KNIA/KRLS News, “Terrace View by Kading is a community of 155 homes. Our single story townhomes range, where we have two bedrooms and we have three bedrooms. The two bedrooms start at $775 and the three bedrooms start at $1,025.”

Burns announced that Knoxville brings the Kading Properties total to over 2,000 units in the state.

In Knoxville 40 of the homes have been filled with residents and another 53 have contracts  signed with people waiting to move in when construction is complete.
