The Pleasantville baseball team extended their winning streak to five games Tuesday night, picking up an 8-3 non-conference road win at Collins-Maxwell.
Logan Roff earned the win on the mound for the Trojans, throwing six innings and recording seven strikeouts, while allowing just one earned run on a walk and two hit batsmen. Dylan Aldrich and Tyler Gibson each posted two hits on the night, with Gibson being one of five Pleasantville hitters to record an RBI.
The Trojans win pushed their record to 20-6 on the season. Pleasantville baseball has tonight off, before trying for their sixth and seventh straight victories in a 5 p.m. doubleheader at Madrid on Thursday. The Trojans softball team is in action tonight, hosting Southeast Warren in a 7 p.m. non-conference game.
