The Des Moines Skydivers Club in Knoxville will be holding an Open House today.

There will be door prizes, including the chance to win a tandem jump. There are activities for the kids, including a photo booth and bounce houses. Local food trucks will be at the event, there will be free beer samples handed out and cupcakes.

The Des Moines Skydivers Club open house will be held from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m., rain or shine. The group recently completed constructing a new hangar at the airport. Those attending can bring a lawn chair to watch members jump.
