The Knoxville Public Library will be hosting five different events over a four-day span starting on Monday. The library will welcome caricaturist Tim Reed on Monday morning for My Very Silly Monster: a very silly story time. Reed will draw different monsters, then tell a silly story about that monster. Also on Monday, Youth Author Annaliese Hofner presents her book “Wild and Free”, which she wrote at the age of 12. The library then has Find Your Voice by “Chalk the Sidewalk” on Tuesday, where kids can express themselves by drawing on the sidewalk with chalk between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. On Wednesday, kids in third through twelfth grade are encouraged to play board games at the library beginning at 3 p.m. The final event this coming week is Movie and Popcorn on Thursday at 1 p.m. The featured film will be the animated version of “The Little Mermaid” and everyone is invited to attend.
