The Class 2A #10 ranked Pleasantville baseball team pushed their winning streak to ten games Tuesday night with a 6-3 and 5-4 doubleheader sweep of Ogden, while the Trojans softball dropped both of their contests with the Bulldogs 8-3 and 5-4. With their two wins in the twinbill, Pleasantville baseball improve 25-6 overall on the season and 16-3 in the West Central Conference. The Pleasantville softball team’s losses dropped them to 10-19 overall and 9-10 in the league. The Trojans summer sports teams are back in non-conference action tonight, with softball hosting Clarke at 7 p.m. and baseball traveling to Chariton for a 7:30 p.m. game.
