The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce will open the doors of their new facility for a public open house today.

There will be refreshments and other things to view at the event, including a mural that is believed to be over 100 years old. New Knoxville Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Nathan Sage says he is excited to open the office to the public and welcomes the community to come learn more about the Chamber.

“It’s almost like a new beginning. We’ve had it at the Dixie Gebhardt house for a long time. So, to be able to open up here and be right off the square, right with the business owners, it’s going to be awesome, and we can’t wait to have everybody out here. Kind of just come out, check it out, check out our area just to see what the Chamber all has to offer and kind of what it’s going to be like in our new facility.”

The open house is a come-and-go event that will be held from 4-6 p.m. at the new Chamber of Commerce office located at 107 E. Main Street in Knoxville.
