The class 1A #12 Twin Cedars Softball Squad finished off its final Bluegrass Conference opponent in impressive fashion with a 10-0 win over Lamoni on Thursday. Jillian French pulled the shut out allowing just four hits and striking out eight. Kisha Reed went 2/2 and scored four runs, while Cristen Durian clubbed a three run homer and drove in four, French also helped herself out with two RBI. Twin Cedars finishes the conference season at 16-0 and is 19-5 overall. The Sabers will await their opponent in the 2nd round of the class 1A regional which will be either Keota or Moravia on Wednesday.
