After a week off, the Knoxville Raceway gets back to racing with the Midseason Championships. Usually around this time of the year 13 nights of racing would have been run, but due to weather cancellations early this season, the 410s have run just seven shows, and the 360s and Pro Sprints have run just five shows. Tonight also will have bonuses for the top three points eligible drivers in all classes, so more money is on the line as well. The point races are also gaining traction as Brian Brown has a one point lead over Austin McCarl in the 410s, Chase Randall, Gerrit Williamson and Jamie Ball are within 79 points of each other, and Kade Higday and Chase Young are separated by just 28 points in the Pro Sprints class. There are also Knoxville Raceway Hall of Fame inductions today.
