Several offices in Knoxville will be closed Tuesday in observance of Independence Day. 

Residents are reminded that Knoxville City Hall and all other city offices will be closed on Tuesday, along with the Knoxville Post Office, Knoxville Public Library and financial institutions. The Marion County Courthouse offices will also be closed, in addition to the Knoxville School District business office will be closed as well.

Many retailers will also close for the holiday as well. People are advised to get their business performed prior to the holiday.
