The Norwalk summer sports teams will both close out the regular season tonight with tough road assignments vs. top-five opponents.

The Class 4A 5th-ranked Norwalk softball squad travels to Waukee Northwest for a varsity doubleheader against the 5A 2nd-ranked Wolves at 5:00 p.m. The Warriors take a 27-9 overall record into the contest while Northwest stands 29-9.

The Norwalk baseball team will be in Adel for a non-conference showdown with Class 3A 5th-ranked ADM at 7:30. The Warriors are 11-19 overall but enter the night riding a season-high four-game winning streak. The host Tigers are 22-8.
