The Marion County Board of Supervisors will receive the fiscal year 2022-23 annual report at their meeting Tuesday.

Marion County Treasurer Michaela Bigaouette will make the presentation. They will also hold discussion and consider action on the 2023/2024 Pella Driver’s License Lease Agreement, a part-time position in the Marion County Treasurer’s Office, and for a special event application for the Marion County Fair Association’s Sprint Car Exhibit on the courthouse grounds for August 8th. The board of supervisors will also consider a resolution on the 2024 fiscal year Iowa Community Assurance Pool (ICAP) Proxy Designation and Renewal Coverages.

The board will hold a public hearing for the proposed Marion County Ordinance 2023-5 Zoning Map Amendment and will consider approval of the first reading of the proposal. They will also discuss and consider action on site plans for Dakota Sales and Machinery and for the Marion County Employee Recognition Program. The Marion County Board of Supervisors meeting begins at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the county offices off of Main Street in Knoxville.
