After serving the community for the past 22 years, Knoxville Police Sergeant Chris Rowland is retiring. The Knoxville Police Department invites the community to honor Sergeant Rowland’s service to the community and citizens of Knoxville at a Retirement Open House. The open house will be held on Friday, July 14th, his final day serving the community in this role, at the Knoxville Public Library’s Weiler meeting room from 1-3 p.m.
