The Indianola School Board received an update regarding the rebranding efforts the district is pursuing at their meeting Tuesday, which included decisions regarding a uniform district logo and colors going forward. Superintendent Ted Ihns tells KNIA News oftentimes he had observed different shades of purple on uniforms and slightly different logos, and phase one of the project is to clean that up.
“Make sure all of our uniforms have the same purple and yellow to it. I think that was where we want to start at, and moving forward we’ll see where that takes after that, but that was how we wanted to start moving this branding forward. There are some typical fonts we want to use. WIth our current primary logo, we want to make sure it stays how it is and it is not distorted, and there is a color scheme we are asking people to use when they use that logo.”
