The second annual Indianola Summer Art Festival returns today at Buxton Park for a two-day event, celebrating the influx of visitors to the area during the Warren County Fair and National Balloon Classic. The festival is a partnership between the Indianola Public Arts Commission in partnership with the National Balloon Classic, Warren County Fair, and Indianola Hometown Pride, and will feature art, crafts, live music, and food.
