A Des Moines man was killed in a single vehicle crash near Monroe early this morning. The Iowa State Patrol reports a 2006 Buick Runner driven by 24 year old John Dingeman of Des Moines was heading west on Highway 163 near mile marker 28 and left the roadway and rolled at approximately 3 a.m. Dingman was ejected and died from his injuries. The cause remains under investigation.
