The Warren County Fair continues today, with several of the largest 4H/FFA Shows of the fair taking place, including the Market/Breeding Beef, Rabbit, Show Horse, and Poultry Shows, along with the Redneck Games all taking place in the Exhibit Building.

Warren County Fair Director Jo Reynolds tells KNIA News the 4H/FFA competitions are the heart of the fair each year and is what draws a lot of visitors as attendees want to see the hard work and dedication that hundreds of participants go through each year just to be able to compete.

There will also be a Tribute to Veterans today hosted by Warren County Veterans Affairs, that will feature speaker Mike William, former member of the United States Air Force and author of “The Boys of Milo”, a book about members of the Milo community who served in the Vietnam War. The tribute will take place at 4pm, with all veterans and their families invited.

Today also features the Night of Destruction Demo Derby and the Grain Truck Races on the grandstand, and a full complement of free kids activities throughout the day. The KNIA Big Red Radio is at the fair each day providing live updates and playing music.
