The Pella City Council is holding a public hearing at their meeting this evening to consider an ordinance for the Scholte Garden Historic District. Also on the agenda is a special event permit request for city tours this Saturday from Pella Historical Museums, as well as a resolution for an amendment to a flex spending plan with Sisco and the second reading of an ordinance changing the zoning at 112 East Third Street. During policy and planning, the council will discuss proposed changes to mobile food units in the community and begin the process of updating the next comprehensive plan for the city. The Pella City Council meeting begins at 6:00 this evening in the Pella Public Safety Complex.
