A Pella man faces two felony charges for alleged sexual abuse of a minor. David Allan Shultz, 56, has been charged with three counts of second degree sexual abuse, each a class B felony. According to court records, Shultz admitted to police that he had sexual contact with a child under the age of 12 multiple times over several years. A warrant was served on July 28th.
