Today is Townie Tuesday at the National Balloon Classic, as the event continues for the fifth straight day.

Townie Tuesday highlights those in the area who support the classic, with local band 3DM live on the TruBank stage, West Hill Brewing Company beverages featured on tap, and shirts printed by Embark Ink., located at Pamela’s Place on the Indianola Square, are available for purchase. Visitors are encouraged to post on social media where they are traveling from and tagging the National Balloon Classic.

With possible rain forecast today, all events at the National Balloon Classic are dependent on prevailing weather conditions and subject to delays or cancellations. Surface winds and winds aloft can vary greatly; maximum safe surface wind speeds are 8-10 mph. Live updates are provided by KNIA throughout each night of the event.
