The #3 Area Sports Moment is back in Pleasantville as the Trojans Track and Field Squads sent five events to the State Track and Field Meet in May. Most of them were relays and it was a mixed bag of results. On the boys side, the shuttle hurdle relay team of Trevor Nickel, Trent Jolly, Caleb Cook, and Ross Stephgens placed 11th in 1:03.43, while Ryder Thill was in the 1600 and stopped the clock in 4:47.45, Ross Stephens was in the 110 high hurdles, but was disqualified. On the girls side, Sophia Mason was 15th in the 100 hurdles stopping the clock at 16/12, and the 4×200 team of Lauren Furnal, Carly Gripp, Lillian Mason, and Alex Blackford placed 23rd in 1:53.14.
