The Knoxville Public Library will feature a former resident at their program “An Iowan Abroad: Life in Moldova” on Tuesday.

 

The event will start at 6:00pm at the Knoxville Public Library. Knoxville native Brian Fenoglio will be there, along with his wife Dorina, to talk about the circumstances that led to him making his home in Moldova, what daily life is like there, and how it compares to life in rural Iowa. 

 

He’ll also spend some time talking about the difficulties of the past year and a half since the start of the war in Ukraine. There will be time set aside for questions from the audience. 

 

Brian graduated from Knoxville High School in 1999.
