Counting down the top moments of the 2022-23 year for Indianola High School continuing with #2. It was another two state titles for Indianola boys swimmer Isaiah Picard at the Iowa High School Boys State Swimming meet this winter, as Picard would win first place in the Para 100 Free and the Para 50 Free. Picard took home the gold in the 100 Free with a time of 1:45.78s, and the 50 in a time of 43.48s. Picard adds two more first place finishes in his career, after earning two in 2022.
