The City of Indianola is welcoming the community to a ribbon cutting ceremony today for the Indianola Wellness Campus, formerly the Indianola YMCA. The city took over the former YMCA facility in July, after negotiations between the two entities agreed to the takeover in March.

City Manager Ben Reeves tells KNIA News there will be an open house for the public to tour the facility, purchase a membership, meet staff members, and view the slight changes from the old system from 10am to 2pm.

The hours of operation for the new facility will be:
Monday-Thursday – 5am to 9pm
Friday – 5am to 7pm
Saturday – 7am to 4pm
Sunday – 10am to 2pm
