Jan and Ned Pearson of Knoxville have donated $10,000 to the Stepping Stones “STEP UP” capital campaign.

Jan and Ned Pearson are long-time/life-long Knoxville residents, former Stepping Stones board members, and great-grandparents of five currently enrolled Stepping Stones kids. Several of Jan and Ned’s grandchildren also attended as kids.

The goal of the “STEP UP” capital campaign is to raise $600,000 to eliminate the remaining loan from the Center’s original building project. This will allow payments to be redirected towards ongoing costs and improvements, staff wages, and would also remove a significant future roadblock to a potential expansion.
