One of the first phases of the East Hillcrest Ave Project is completed in Indianola, as pavement between N Jefferson and N 7th St. is finished. Road closure barricades have been moved to provide access between N 4th St and N Jefferson Way. East Hillcrest will remain closed to through traffic between N 4th Street and N 7th Street. The N 7th Street intersection is still open for north, south, and eastward travel. Find a map of the construction area above.
