The Pleasantville volleyball team is bringing back key players for the 2023 season.

The Trojans will have back first team all conference junior Emily Roe who led the Trojans to their best finish in school history last season. They will also be returning second team all conference senior Danika Park.  

Pleasantville volleyball coach Joel Allman talked about how they have a lot of returning players this year.

“When you only graduate one senior you have a lot of returning players back. We have what I would consider 10 to 11 girls that have a chance to be in the mix and to compete for spots and so it’s going to be fun to see how things shake out and what our best line up will end up being.”

Pleasantville kicks off their season on August 22nd against Des Moines Christian.
