The Knoxville School Board met in regular session on Monday night.

At the meeting they approved the proposal for the old Knoxville Middle School demolition project, which consists of bids from CMBA Architects and Garden & Associates for surveying of the building. The board also accepted a bid for the district dairy contract for the upcoming school year, adopted the Marion County Hazard Mitigation Plan and had final reviews of district handbooks. 

The board approved a special joint meeting with the city council on September 18th as well.
