Pleasantville Cross Country is hoping for a strong junior season from Kurt Kuhnen.

Kuhnen had a successful 2022 season and is hoping for a chance to be a state qualifier this year. 

Pleasantville Cross Country Coach Aaron Fitcher says Kuhnen can be someone who is really going to shine.

“He was pretty close to qualifying last year. I think he’s had a really serious, consistent summer. He’s been logging 45-50 miles a week and doing it in a healthy way so I feel he’s a kid that has a chance to really kind of shine for our boys side.”

Pleasantville boys cross county opens their season on August 31st.
